Top Mountain is an Iraqi consulting firm headquartered in Erbil. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of highly experienced international and local experts passionate about supporting economic development and investment in Iraq. We specialize in providing technical expertise focused on training, capacity building, improving the business environment, and delivering management consulting services to local and international companies. Top Mountain has been running a business incubator and accelerator since 2019 with support from GIZ and under direct contract with USAID. As a result of our work in this area, hundreds of entrepreneurs have received training in business management and access to financing and start-up capital. Our consultants have also delivered impactful solutions to these businesses including developing business strategies, streamlining production processes, and improving packaging, branding, and marketing to enhance competitiveness.
