Business Accelerator

Overview

The goal of the Top Mountain Business Accelerator is to help businesses innovate and grow. We work with businesses from a broad ranges of sectors from technology focused startups seeking to launch new applications to established companies that are seeking to expand their market or product offering. Through our partnership with USAID, Top Mountain has provided funding and technical assistance to over 30 companies.  Our team has also provided management consulting focused on go to market strategy, marketing, process improvement, and branding. Businesses that participate in our accelerator also benefit from networking opportunities and investment facilitation through our many events and conferences.

Activities

• Provided access to capital for fueling expansion of fast growing business and startups.

• Delivered consulting and business development services to startups and established businesses.

• Conducted outreach and marketing campaigned designed to encourage entrepreneurship in the Kurdistan Region.

• Worked closely with founders to develop business plans and strategies for capital deployment.

• Worked with founders to Increase production capacity, reduce costs, develop new products, and improve marketing.

• Participating companies have achieved an average increase in revenue of 33% based on surveys conducted 3 months after completing accelerator program.

• Partnered with USAID to provide both funding and technical support to over 30 companies, exemplifying our commitment to growth and excellence.

• Created platforms for businesses in our accelerator to network, facilitating potential investments through our events and conferences.

• Enabled businesses to access crucial capital for expansion, supporting both fast-growing companies and startups.
